Iris brings a strong foundation in digital transformation and growth strategy. She has deep expertise in eCommerce, digital, software development, and growth strategies. She led the development and deployment of enterprise asset management (EAM) platforms for 30,000 assets, and served as 2022–2024 President of PIDX, the Petroleum Industry Data Exchange.
Iris holds a degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering and an MBA from IESE Business School.
Sylvain brings extensive expertise in global IT services and digital infrastructure, network engineering , both on-shore and off-shore. Sylvain has over 20 years of experience across Energy, IT, Telecom, and Supply Chain. He holds dual master’s degrees an MSc in Computer Science from Union College (NY) and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ESIGELEC (France).
Mike Rosenberg is a Professor of the Practice of Management in the Strategic Management Department at IESE Business School. He teaches strategy, geopolitics, and sustainability across IESE’s MBA and Executive Education programs, and is known for his thought leadership on how global business leaders navigate environmental and geopolitical complexity.
He is the author of three books: Strategy and Sustainability, Strategy and Geopolitics (both published in 2018), and Learning to Fly (2023), which explores career management in an increasingly complex world. His blog, Doing Business on the Earth, continues this work by connecting business strategy with global realities.
Before joining IESE full time in 2003, Professor Rosenberg spent 15 years as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney and Arthur D. Little, and later served as Automotive Practice Leader at Heidrick & Struggles. At IESE, he has also led the International Executive Education Unit and co-directed programs in ESG and media management.
He holds a Ph.D. from Cranfield University, an MBA from IESE, and a B.S. in Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan.
Donna Cole is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with over four decades of experience founding, scaling, and divesting businesses across multiple industries including chemicals, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and real estate. She founded Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc. in 1980 and has since led numerous ventures, partnerships, and strategic M&A transactions.
Recognized for her integrity and leadership, Ms. Cole has served on national and international business boards and advisory councils, including the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Amos Tuck School of Business, and the Institute for Supply Management. In 2021, she received Japan’s Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays for her contributions to U.S.–Japan relations.
Felipe Corcuera brings deep expertise in entrepreneurship through acquisition, investment diligence, and international M&A. He is a Partner at Innesto Partners and previously served as Vice President at Relay Investments, one of the leading institutional investors in the U.S. search fund space.
At Relay, Felipe led investments and represented the European investor group in transactions across France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Over his tenure, he reviewed more than 350 search funds, evaluated 145 acquisitions, and invested in 42 companies—16 of which he led—serving on the boards of five portfolio companies, including an education software firm in France.
In 2021, Felipe launched his own nationwide U.S. search fund, successfully acquiring Beecker.ai, a digital automation company. His career began in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., and he has since built an extensive network of search fund investors, business schools, and professional advisors across the U.S. and Europe.
Felipe holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from ITAM University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and German
Mark Potter, Ph.D is a finance, investment and entrepreneurship expert. Mark's areas of expertise includes investments and portfolio performance, behavioral finance, and alternative investment strategies.
His research has appeared in the Journal of Portfolio Management, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Alternative Investments, Journal of Financial Education, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Derivatives Quarterly, among others.
His work has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger's, and CFA Digest.
